INFANT BAPTISM
An Infant Baptism Service will be held on Sunday 18 March. Infant Baptism is God's way of including children in His covenant blessing to believers. It is the New Testament equivalent of the Old Testament circumcision. It does not mean that they are automatically saved at baptism, but that they will enjoy God's special care and commitment to work towards their salvation, with believing parents working together with Him. Believing parents are therefore encouraged to bring your children (infants to age 6) for Infant Baptism. Please fill in the Infant Baptism Application Form available from Level 2 Notice Board racks and leave them in Rev Eric Chua or Rev James Seah's folder in the filing cabinet in the Multi-Purpose Hall no later than Sunday 29 January.

NEW MEMBERSHIP CLASS
A new series will be commencing on Sunday 18 March. Worshippers who are seeking Baptism, Confirmation (for those who have gone through Infant Baptism), or Transfer are requested to fill in the appropriate forms available from Level 2 Notice Board racks and hand them to Rev Eric Chua or Rev James Seah or leave them in their folders in the Multi-Purpose Hall filing cabinet (English Cong) by Sunday 26 February

SEEKER SERVICES ON SUNDAY 29 JANUARY
For 2012, in the months where there is a 5th Sunday, the services on those Sundays will be set aside as seeker services to remind us to pray for our pre-believing relatives and friends and to invite them to these services. The 1st of these services this year will be held on Sunday 29 January. Prof Ho Yew Kee, an Elder of Prinsep Street Presbyterian Church, will be speaking on a theme appropriate to the Lunar New Year season.

MARRIAGE PREPARATION
Couples planning to get married in church next year are advised not to fix the date of your marriage first, but to meet up with Pas Eric to ensure his availability to solemnise your marriage. For a wedding to be held in church, both parties must be Christians and at least one party must be a member of the church. Couples are also required to attend Marriage Preparation Classes before they can get married. A new series of Marriage Preparation Class will be commencing in March 2012 and run for six weeks. Please sign up with Pas Eric by end January.
